Responsibilities
Task
- Prepare and cook meals or individuals dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook meals for patients instructed by dietitian or chef
- Plan menus, determines size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchen & food service areas
- Supervise kitchen staff & helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada.
- Other candidates with or without valid Canadian work permit.
